Shipping policy

Shipping within SA is free on orders over ZAR 650 and takes 1-5 business days (during sales & product launches, it can take up to 10 business days). For orders under R 650, shipping is R85 and shipping via PAXI (PEP) is R65.

• Surcharge: In rare instances, for high-risk/ outlaying areas, the couriers might add a surcharge- this surcharge will be communicated with the customer and surcharge will have to be covered by the customer
• Courier is unable to reach the customer for delivery: in instances, where the courier and 18 ThirtyNine is trying to get a hold of the customer to arrange delivery, but the customer does not respond on time, the order is returned to us, the cost of-re-issuing the parcel is on the customer's account.
